Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by TAx Associate Business Services (TABS) Limited to our clients. By engaging in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided We offer tax refund/tax advise services. Our services are designed to assist you in claiming your available maximum tax refunds from revenue using your allowable tax credits.

3. Fee Structure Our fee for the services provided is 7% of the total refunds processed on your behalf. This fee includes VAT at a rate of 23%.

4. Payment Terms

  • The fee will be calculated based on the total amount of refunds credited to your bank
    account.
  • An intimation will be issued upon completion of the refund process.
  • Payment is due within 10 days of the intimation date.
  • Payments can be made via our company bank account.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide all necessary information and documentation required for the provision of our services.
  • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
  • You agree to promptly notify us of any changes to your contact or financial information.

6. Confidentiality We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal and financial information. We will not disclose any information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability Our liability for any claims arising out of the provision of our services is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination Either party may terminate the engagement at any time. Upon termination, you agree to pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of Ireland. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Republic of Ireland

10. Amendments We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to you in writing and will take an effect immediately upon such communication..
